• Postpaid Only: Only postpaid networks (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) are active in the region. Ensure you have a postpaid SIM card for connectivity.

Meals and Accommodation

• Breakfast Timing: Availability of breakfast on the first and last day depends on your arrival and departure timings.
• Baggage Limit: Pack light with a recommended limit of 1 rucksack per member.
• Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If the listed hotels are not available, you'll be accommodated in a property of similar standard.

Sightseeing and Itinerary Changes

• Srinagar Exclusion: Srinagar sightseeing is not included in the package.
• Cost Adjustments: Any amendments in the package (due to change in number of guests, hotel change, itinerary change, etc.) will result in a cost difference to be borne by the client.

Health and Safety

• Covid Guidelines: Follow State-Government Covid guidelines, including RT-PCR tests, social distancing, frequent hand sanitization, and wearing masks.
• Medical Services: Oxygen cylinder and backup vehicle will be provided from day 3 onward. Medical services are easily available in the first two days.
• Acclimatization: High altitude conditions vary greatly from the plains; take adequate time to acclimatize.
• Consultation: Consult a physician before the tour and carry basic medications and a first-aid kit.

Financial and Entry Information

• Cash: Carry enough cash as ATMs are scarce in high-altitude regions and often have long queues.
• Entry Fees: All entry tickets, state fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc., are not included in the package.

Responsibility and Refund Policies

• Itinerary Changes: We are not liable for changes in the itinerary due to reasons beyond our control such as flight/train schedule changes, cancellations, political disturbances, natural phenomena, or roadblocks.
• Uncompleted Activities: No refunds for any uncompleted tours or activities due to natural or personal reasons.
• Safety Instructions: Pay heed to tour guides and instructors for a safe tour.
• Rearrangement Rights: We reserve the right to rearrange the itinerary due to disturbances (weather, political conditions, etc.) without changing the total number of days or compromising services.
• Alternative Accommodation Costs: In case of roadblocks due to landslides or other uncontrollable reasons, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer, as pre-booked hotels are non-refundable.

Important Reminders

• Medical Certificate: Carry a copy of your medical certificate (if any).
• Leaving the Trip: If you choose to leave the trip midway, all expenses from that point onward will be your responsibility. Neither the operator nor Trivikal will be held responsible for such decisions or any refunds.
