- Fluctuating Rates: Rates may vary if there are changes in services or hotels. Any cost differences due to an increase in the number of guests will be borne by the client.
- Accommodation Availability: Hotel availability is subject to change. If the selected hotels are not available, similar standard properties will be arranged.
2. Itinerary and Conditions
- Itinerary Adjustments: Trivikal reserves the right to modify the itinerary in case of disturbances like weather conditions or political issues, without altering the total number of days or compromising on services.
- Exclusions: Entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing spots, state fees, monument entrances, and camera charges are not included in the package. Personal expenses, meals, and transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are also excluded.
- Drinks: Alcoholic beverages, aerated drinks, and mineral water are not included in the package cost.
3. Health and Safety
- Government Guidelines: Adhere to state-issued guidelines, including maintaining social distancing and frequent hand sanitization. Wearing masks is highly recommended.
- ID Proof: Valid ID proof (excluding PAN cards) is mandatory for all guests during booking and upon arrival.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
- Standard & Deluxe Packages:
- Rescheduling (7-15 days before travel): 30% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Rescheduling (0-15 days before travel): 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Booking (within 15 days of travel): No rescheduling or modifications allowed.
- Super Deluxe & Hotel-Specific Bookings: No modifications or rescheduling. Standard cancellation policy applies.
- Force Majeure: In events like natural disasters or political unrest, Trivikal may reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries for safety.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling: Standard cancellation policy applies. Rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
