Rates and Services:

• Prices may vary with any changes in services or hotels. Any additional costs due to amendments in the package, such as an increase in the number of guests or hotel changes, must be borne by the client.

Hotel Availability:

• Hotel accommodations are subject to availability. If the listed hotels are not available, you will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.

Itinerary Adjustments:

• Trivikal reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, political issues) without changing the total number of days or compromising service quality.

Entry Fees and Permits:

• Entry tickets for attractions, monuments, camera charges, and permits are not included in the package.

GST and Personal Expenses:

• Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to the package cost.
• Personal expenses, meals, and transfers not mentioned in the itinerary, as well as any beverages, are not included.

Environmental Responsibility:

• Please avoid using plastic bags and help maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Littering may result in fines.

Swimming Pool Guidelines:

• Use of swimming pools at accommodations will follow government guidelines.

Location Details:

• The exact location of your stay will be provided after booking.

Packing Tips:

• Carry dry snacks, granola bars, and a reusable water bottle. An insulated bottle is recommended for refills.

Damage Charges:

• Any breakage or damage at the resort will be charged to the client.

Exclusions:

• International and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, and insurance are not included in the package.
• Adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are at your own cost.

Mid-Trip Departures:

• If a traveler decides to leave the trip mid-way, all subsequent expenses are the traveler's responsibility. No refunds will be provided.

Government Guidelines:

• Follow state-issued guidelines, including maintaining social distancing, frequent hand sanitization, and wearing masks.

ID Proof:

• Valid ID proof is required at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

Display Prices:

• Prices are based on a minimum of 2 guests for selected properties. Children above 5 years are considered adults; no charges apply for children below 5 years.

Rescheduling Policies:

• Private (Standard & Deluxe Packages) & Group Bookings:
• Rescheduling 7 days after booking up to 15 days before travel: 30% rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling 0 to 15 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
• No rescheduling for bookings made 15 days before travel.
• Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings:
• No modifications or rescheduling allowed. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure:

• In case of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen events, Trivikal reserves the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure safety.

Cancellation After Rescheduling:

• Standard cancellation policy applies to rescheduled tours that are later canceled. Rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
