Rates and Services:

• Rates are subject to change based on modifications in services or hotel accommodations. Any cost differences due to an increase in the number of guests will be borne by the client.
• Trivikal reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary in case of disturbances (e.g., weather conditions, political situations) without changing the total number of days and without compromising the quality of services.

Exclusions:

• Entry tickets for attractions such as stupas, monasteries, and monuments, as well as state and entry fees, are not included in the package.
• Personal expenses, items of a personal nature, and any meals or transfers not specified in the itinerary are excluded.
• Drinks (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) are not included.
• Extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are at your own cost and are not included in the tour.
• Monumental charges are not included in the package.
• Accommodation and Safety Measures

Hotel and Room Policies:

• Accommodation is provided in base category rooms, depending on the variant selected.
• Hotels are subject to availability. In case the selected hotels are unavailable, travelers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
• Children above 5 years of age will be considered adults. Children below 5 years of age stay free.

Health and Safety:

• Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place, including frequent cleaning of public areas and deep cleaning of rooms before check-in and after check-out.
• Antibacterial hand sanitizers are available throughout the property.
• Daily temperature monitoring of staff is conducted.
• Hand gloves are used during cleaning and waste handling.
• Travel Guidelines and Policies

ID and Government Guidelines:

• Valid ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
• Follow state-issued guidelines: maintain social distancing, frequently sanitize hands, and wear masks.

Additional Information:

• AC does not work in the hill regions.
• The use of swimming pools is regulated by government guidelines.
• Any breakage or damage in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

Standard and Deluxe Packages:

• Rescheduling 7 days after booking until 15 days before travel: 30% rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling 0-15 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee.
• Bookings made 15 days before travel cannot be rescheduled or modified.

Super Deluxe and Hotel-Specific Bookings:

• No modifications or rescheduling allowed. Standard cancellation policy applies.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances, Trivikal reserves the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure safety.

Cancellation After Rescheduling:

• Clients who reschedule but later decide to cancel are subject to the standard cancellation policy. Rescheduling fees are non-refundable.
