Pricing and Availability

• Special Dates: Please note that the prices mentioned are not applicable on special dates such as festivals, year-end holidays, etc.
• Rate Fluctuations: Prices may vary with changes in services or hotels. Any additional costs due to amendments in the package (e.g., increased number of guests, hotel changes) will be borne by the client.

Accommodation

• Hotel Availability: Accommodations are subject to availability. If the selected hotels are not available, we will provide a similar standard property.
• Pool Usage: Usage of swimming pools at any accommodation is strictly according to government guidelines.

Itinerary and Services

• Itinerary Changes: Trivikal reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to disturbances such as weather conditions or political issues, without changing the total number of days or compromising on services.
• Exclusions: Entry tickets for monuments, camera charges, permits, and other personal expenses are not included in the package. Meals and transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are also excluded. Alcoholic drinks, aerated drinks, and mineral water are not included.

Health and Safety

• State Guidelines: Adhere to state guidelines, including social distancing, frequent hand sanitization, and wearing masks.
• ID Proof: Valid ID proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

Environmental Responsibility

• Eco-Friendly Practices: Avoid using plastic bags and help maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Littering may result in fines.
• Snacks and Water: Carry dry snacks and a refillable water bottle (insulated) from home.

Financial Policies

• GST: Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applicable to the package cost.
• Damage Costs: Any breakage or damage to items in the resort will be charged at actuals.
• Airfare and Insurance: International and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, and any kind of insurance are not included in the package.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies

• Rescheduling Policy (Super Deluxe & Hotel Specific Bookings): No modifications or rescheduling. Standard cancellation policy applies.

• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), Trivikal reserves the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries for safety.

• Cancellation After Rescheduling: Standard cancellation policy applies. Any rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.

Additional Information

• Adventure Activities: Extra adventure activities and cable car rides are at your own cost.
• Travel with Children: Children above 5 years are considered adults. No charges for children below 5 years.
• Group Travel: Display prices are for a minimum of 2 PAX for the selected properties.
• Location Details: Exact location details will be shared post-booking.
