We have established in-house rules to prevent conflicts of interest and ensure that all material on our website, www.trivikal.com, adheres to our terms and conditions. This policy also extends to any physical form of content branded with Trivikal Tours.

Usage Restrictions

Visitors to our website may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, or upload any content from the website without the prior written consent of Trivikal Tours. However, you may download items displayed on the website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other notices remain intact.

Any reference to Trivikal Tours, "us," or "the company" is a direct reference to Trivikal Tours Pvt. Ltd. The term "content" includes all forms of content, such as text, images, videos, and presentation slides.

For Local Guides/Vendors/Tour Suppliers/Trivikal Tours Agents/Partners:

1. Unique Content Requirement

   • Only 100% unique content should be uploaded. Do not copy content from other websites or sources. If you have similar content on your own website and can provide proof of ownership, we recommend rewriting it to maintain uniqueness. We can assist with content rewriting if necessary.

2. Experience/Tour Ownership

   • You must conduct the experience/tour yourself, not a third party. You should have full rights to any information displayed on Trivikal Tours' website by you. Outsourcing the experience/tour to another party is not allowed. By uploading an experience/tour onto our website, you agree to be the sole party conducting it in its entirety.

3. Media Ownership

   • The uploader must own full rights to any media they upload, including videos, pictures, and slides. All media must be owned by you or your company, and Trivikal Tours has the right to use it without attribution.

4. Copyright Compliance

   • You must have sole and entire copyright for any information uploaded. Do not upload content that does not belong to you or your company. We prohibit the use of content under Creative Commons licenses. If a violation occurs, indicated by company officials, the public, or the content owner, the infringing experience/tour will be removed immediately, and you will be held responsible for the infringement. This will also result in a permanent ban from being a supplier for Trivikal Tours.

5. Media and Content Mismatch

   • Mismatches between media and content uploaded are prohibited. If images of an experience/tour and its description do not match or are misleading, the experience/tour will be removed, and the supplier will be banned.

6. Copyright Violation Reporting

   • If any copyright infringement is reported, appropriate action will be taken within three business days. In case of any true claims, Trivikal Tours will provide your details to the claimant, subject to our decision after analysis.

7. Content Display and Promotion

   • By submitting a listing on the website, you consent to its display in the marketplace and for promotional purposes by the company. Textual content should not be duplicated on other websites for at least six months after the tour becomes active on our website.

8. Responsibility for Copyright Infringement

   • By uploading or providing details of any tour/activity conducted by you or your company, you take full responsibility for any copyright infringement issues. While we conduct random checks, the final responsibility for the materials provided is yours.

For Copyright Claimants:

1. Infringement Reporting

   • In case of any copyright infringement, email us detailing the infringing experience/tour and the specific content that violates copyright. Provide proof of your copyright claim, including evidence of ownership of the infringing material.

2. Claim Process

   • Upon receiving a copyright claim, we will contact the vendor. The vendor has up to seven business days (extendable to fourteen days) to respond. If the vendor fails to reply, the claim will be assumed valid, and the experience/tour will be removed. If the vendor's reply is inconclusive, the experience/tour will be removed, and the vendor will be banned. The claimant will be connected with the vendor for further legal action.

3. Required Information

   • Provide the exact URL of the infringing content and details of the infringement. Include contact information and proof of your copyright ownership, such as DMCA registration or a detailed description of the content's origin and ownership.

4. False Claims

   • Intentionally false claims will lead to legal action against the claimant, including liability for damages.

Images Terms of Use:

1. Prohibited Images

   • Do not upload images that include free or purchased components without express licenses, government or military property, private locations without permission, or recognizable human features without permission.

2. Allowed Images

   • Only upload images that are created by you or acquired under an appropriate license.

Disclaimer and Legal Jurisdiction:

• Trivikal Tours is a marketplace for tours and activities and does not take responsibility for content uploaded by users. The uploader is solely responsible for their content. Trivikal Tours reserves the right to delete any content at any time, and our decision is final.
• Content provided may be watermarked to prevent piracy.
