- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
Refund Policy :
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
Confirmation Policy :
- The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
- In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
Payment Term Policy :
- 100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking

- A valid photo ID is mandatory (Passport for foreigners; PAN card not accepted).
- GST @5% is applicable on the total package cost.
- Hotels are subject to availability; equivalent alternatives will be arranged if required.
- The AC may be turned off in hilly terrain to protect engine performance.
- Children above 5 years are considered adults; below 5 travel free.
- Weather can shift quickly in the mountains—pack at least one warm layer.
- Carry both cards and cash—ATMs may be limited in remote areas.
- Trivikal may rearrange the itinerary in case of weather or political disruptions.
- Any property damage, 4x4 vehicle upgrades, or deviation from route will be chargeable.

- Prices may vary during peak season or on blackout dates like Diwali or New Year.

This was our first trip with Trivikal Tours, and I must say it was very well organized. The booking team patiently answered all our queries, and the hotels provided were clean and comfortable. The drive through the pine valleys of Dalhousie was breathtaking. The only thing I’d suggest is adding more food options in the itinerary.

We chose Trivikal for a family getaway, and I must say their team did a fantastic job. The driver was very polite and made sure we covered all the important spots without any hassle. Kids loved the snow points in Dalhousie, and my parents were touched by the peaceful aura of Dharamshala. A minor suggestion – one more day in Amritsar would’ve been perfect.
