- ID Proof Requirement: Every guest must present a valid ID proof at the time of booking and upon arrival. Note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
- Package Price and Service Changes: Rates may change with any modifications in services or hotels. Any cost differences due to changes in guest count, hotel amendments, etc., will be borne by the client before the trip begins.
- Flight and Travel Date Variability: Package prices can fluctuate based on flight ticket availability and travel dates. Please confirm these details with your travel agent.
- Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If the selected hotels are not available, we will arrange accommodation in a property of a similar standard.
- Itinerary Adjustments: Trivikal reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, political conditions, etc.) without altering the total number of days or compromising on services.
- Entry Fees and Personal Expenses: Entry tickets for monuments, sightseeing, state fees, permits, etc., are not included in the package. Personal expenses, meals, and transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are also excluded. Drinks (alcoholic, aerated, or mineral water) are not covered in the package cost.
- GST and Taxes: GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Eco-Friendly Travel: Please avoid using plastic bags and help maintain the ecological balance of the destinations. Littering may result in fines.
- Swimming Pool Usage: Use of swimming pools at accommodations is subject to government guidelines.
- Damage and Breakage: Any breakage or damage to resort property will be charged at actuals.
- International Travel Costs: Airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, and insurance are not included in the package.
- Trip Abandonment: If a traveler decides to leave the trip midway, all subsequent expenses will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Trivikal is responsible for such decisions or any refunds.
- State Guidelines: Follow state government guidelines, maintain social distancing, and practice frequent hand sanitization. Mask usage is recommended.
- Child Policy: Children above 8 years are considered adults. There are no charges for children below 8 years.
- Adventure Activities: Extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are at your own cost and not included in the tour.
- Package Display Prices: The displayed prices are for a minimum of 2 PAX for Standard, Deluxe, and Super Deluxe properties. Accommodation is in the base category room as per the selected variant.
- Refund Policy: No refunds are processed if the tour or an activity is not completed due to natural or personal reasons.
- Rohtang Pass Permits: Transportation permits to Rohtang Pass are available on the ground and not included in the package.
- AC Limitations: Air conditioning does not work in hilly areas.
- Special Dates Dinner: The cost of Gala Dinners on special dates (as per the hotel) is not included.
- Vehicle Usage: Vehicles are for sightseeing as per the itinerary and not at disposal. Any itinerary deviation may incur extra charges.
- Heater and Hot Water: Availability of heaters and hot water is subject to the hotel’s facilities.
