Booking and Payment Policies:

• A 5% GST is applicable to the total package cost.
• Prices may vary significantly on blackout dates such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year's. Contact us directly for the best rates during these times.
• The cost of international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, and any insurance is not included in the package.

Accommodation and Vehicle Details:

• Standard hotel check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 9 AM.
• Vehicles provided will be based on the group size and will be available only until 8 PM.
• Air conditioners do not function in hilly areas due to the moderate climate.
• In case the booked hotels are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar properties.

Inclusions and Exclusions:

• Meals not specified in the itinerary are not included in the package.
• Monument entry fees and camera charges are not part of the package.
• Personal expenses such as portages, tips, laundry, and mineral water are excluded.
• Adventure activities and ropeway/cable car fees are not included unless explicitly stated.

Traveler Guidelines:

• Children above 5 years are considered adults; children under 5 years can travel free of charge.
• A government-approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
• Foreign nationals must provide their passport and visa details at the time of booking and upon arrival.

Important Considerations:

• Maintain ecological balance by avoiding the use of plastic bags; littering may result in fines.
• Prices may vary based on the season and the number of travelers due to limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
• Any deviation from the planned route will incur additional charges on a per-kilometer basis.
• Any damage to property at hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actual costs.
• Trivikal reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to disturbances such as severe weather or political unrest.

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies:

• No modifications or rescheduling are allowed. Standard cancellation policies apply.
• In force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest), we reserve the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries for safety.
• Clients rescheduling their tours who later decide to cancel will be subject to standard cancellation policies; rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
