- Accommodation and Check-In
- Check-In/Check-Out: Standard hotel check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out is at 9 AM. Hotels are subject to availability, and if unavailable, we will arrange similar accommodations.
Transportation
- Vehicle Availability: Our vehicles are available until 8 PM. ACs might not function in hilly areas due to the moderate climate. Vehicles are provided based on group size.
- Route Deviation: Any deviation from the planned route at the customer's request will incur additional charges per kilometer.
Documentation and Age Policies
- ID Requirements: A government-approved ID is mandatory at the time of booking and arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof. Foreign nationals must share passport and visa details.
- Age Policies: Children above 5 years are considered adults. There are no charges for children below 5 years.

Personal Expenses and Damages

- Damages: Any damage or breakage of items at hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
- Itinerary Adjustments and Force Majeure
- Itinerary Changes: Trivikal reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to severe weather conditions, political unrest, or other disturbances.
- Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseeable circumstances, we may reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure safety.

- Extra Activities: Extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are at your own cost unless specified in the inclusions.
Rescheduling and Cancellation Policies
- Rescheduling Fees: For private (standard & deluxe) and group bookings, rescheduling fees vary based on the time of rescheduling. For private (super deluxe) and hotel-specific bookings, no modifications or rescheduling will be allowed.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling: Standard cancellation policies apply, and any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
