- If cancellation is made 7 days or more before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- Flight Conditions: Flying times are subject to change due to weather, technical issues, and permissions.
- Passenger Details: Each helicopter accommodates up to 6 passengers with a total weight limit of 445 kg. Passengers exceeding 75 kg will incur additional charges. Only one small bag weighing up to 5 kg is allowed per passenger.
- Group Accommodation: Groups may be split between helicopters based on weight distribution. One taxi is provided for six passengers throughout the journey.
- Flexible Itinerary: The order of temple visits can change based on weather, technical issues, temple rush, and government permissions.
- COVID-19 Guidelines: A negative RT-PCR test within 48 hours is mandatory. No refunds for COVID-positive passengers; replacements permitted if body weight matches.
- Hotel Arrangements: Hotels may change based on availability. Groups of six or more may stay in different hotels due to helicopter weight distribution.
- Infants: Infants under 2 travel free but require age verification.
- Weather Considerations: Hill flying is weather-dependent. Prepare for possible itinerary changes with full refunds except for Dehradun expenses.
- Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling fees apply based on booking date proximity to travel date. Super Deluxe and specific hotel bookings are non-modifiable.
- Force Majeure: In unforeseen circumstances, tours may be rescheduled or altered for client safety. Cancellation after rescheduling incurs standard fees.
