- If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- If cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

- GST: A 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
- Check-In and Check-Out: Standard hotel check-in time is 12 PM, and check-out time is 9 AM.
- Vehicle Availability: Vehicles will be available until 8 PM daily.
- Meals: Only meals specified in the itinerary are included; others are excluded.
- Group Size: Vehicles provided will depend on the group size.
- Climate Considerations: ACs do not function in hilly areas due to the moderate climate.
- Hotel Availability: Hotels are subject to availability. If unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar properties.
Exclusions
- Entry Fees: Monument entry fees and camera charges are not included.
- Airfare and Insurance: International and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, and insurance are not part of the package.
- Children's Policy: Children above 5 years will be considered adults. No charges for children below 5 years.
Documentation
- ID Requirements: A government-approved ID is mandatory at booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not valid address proofs.
- Foreign Nationals: Must share passport and visa details at booking and upon arrival.
Pricing and Charges
- Seasonal Variations: Prices may vary based on the season and the number of travelers due to limited hotel availability in hilly areas.
- Route Deviations: Any deviations from the planned route at the customer's request will incur charges on a per-kilometer basis.
- Damage Costs: Any breakage or damage at hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Leaving the Trip Early: If a traveler decides to leave the trip mid-way, all subsequent expenses will be borne by the traveler. No refunds will be provided by Trivikal.
- AC Usage in Hilly Areas: Drivers may turn off the AC in hilly terrains for safety reasons.
- Rescheduling Policy (Standard & Deluxe Packages):
- 30% rescheduling fee if made 7 days after booking up to 15 days before travel.
- 100% cancellation fee if rescheduled within 15 days of travel.
- No rescheduling/modifications if booked 15 days before travel.
- Rescheduling Policy (Super Deluxe & Hotel Specific Bookings): No modifications or rescheduling allowed. Standard cancellation policy applies.
- Force Majeure: In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances, Trivikal reserves the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure safety.
- Cancellation After Rescheduling: Standard cancellation policy applies. Rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
