Guests are picked up from hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem district) between 07:45–08:30. If your hotel is outside this service area, you can proceed to the meet-up point at 81C Ly Nam De Street, Hanoi. The drive to Tuan Chau Marina Pier takes approximately 3.5 hours through the scenic Red River Delta.
