Travel Requirements and Information
- Passport and Health Requirements: For travel to Batam, ensure you have a passport valid for at least 6 months. Additionally, passengers staying in Singapore for more than 14 days only require an ART test 24 hours before their trip, eliminating the need for a pre-departure PCR test.
- Booking Restrictions: Please be aware that bookings are not available on the eve of public holidays and long weekends. Passengers with open tickets should secure their boarding passes in advance or seek assistance from our agents.
