  3. Arrive Early: To ensure a smooth experience, arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot for check-in at the Guest Services Lounge (Level 1).
  4. Punctuality Matters: Latecomers may still have a chance to board, subject to availability and at the discretion of our staff.
  5. Convenient Transfers: Need a ride? Transfers are available throughout Singapore town, excluding Woodlands and Changi areas.
  6. Safety First: Follow all safety instructions provided by our staff and remain seated during the rotation of the Singapore Flyer for your safety and that of others.
  7. No Smoking Zone: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises, including inside capsules and designated areas.
  8. Leave Outside Food Behind: For hygiene and safety reasons, outside food and drinks are not permitted within the capsules.
  9. Supervise Kids: Keep an eye on the little ones. Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
  10. Terms and Conditions: Entry signifies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions listed on our website. Be sure to check them out beforehand.
  11. Child Tickets: Child tickets are applicable for guests aged 3 to 12.
