Collection and Care:
For those opting to collect in person, we kindly advise retrieving your coaster within a week to ensure optimal quality. Extended storage may risk damage, and to uphold our standards, any unclaimed coasters after 1 month will be responsibly discarded or recycled.

- Respect for Time: We value everyone's time. The workshop will end promptly as scheduled. Late arrivals will receive a maximum extension of 30 minutes with a surcharge applied beyond the complimentary 10-minute mark.
