- Ticket Validity: Your Trivikal SIM card is valid for a generous 90 days from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to explore every corner of Singapore and beyond.
- Roaming Data: Enjoy the convenience of using your Trivikal SIM card's roaming data in popular destinations such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Stay connected wherever your travels take you!
- Device Compatibility: Before purchasing your Trivikal SIM card, ensure that your device is compatible with e-SIM technology. Check our FAQ section for detailed information and assistance.
- Top-Up Information: Please note that top-up services are not available for our Tourist SIM cards. However, you can easily recharge your SIM with $14 or $25 denominations for uninterrupted connectivity.
- SIM Card Limit: Remember, you're allowed a maximum of three active prepaid SIM cards (across all service providers) registered under your name at any given time.
- Activation Process: All Trivikal SIM cards must be activated upon redemption. If you require activation on different dates, simply make separate bookings and redeem the cards accordingly.
- Checking Balances and Expiry: Keep track of your Tourist SIM card balances and expiry date by dialing #10011# on your phone.
- International Calls: To make international calls, simply dial (021/033) followed by the country code, area code, and telephone number.
- Roaming Activation: Activate roaming in the five designated countries by dialing #1008131# on your phone and enabling Mobile Data and Data Roaming in your device settings.
- Passport Requirement: Don't forget to carry your original passport and visa (if required) for SIM card redemption.
- SIM Validity Extension: Extend the validity of your $30 SIM card using the M1 Prepaid App or Prepaid Portal for continued connectivity.
- Collection Points: Conveniently collect your Trivikal SIM card from M1 shops or Changi Recommends Counters located at Terminals 1, 2, or 3 of Changi Airport.
