Know Before You Go
Ticket Validity: Your ticket is valid for 180 days from the date of issue. Please note that same-day purchase and usage are not allowed.
Who Can Fly / Eligibility:
- Flyers must be at least 7 years old on the day of flight.
- Weight restrictions apply: Flyers must weigh less than 120kg if shorter than 180cm, or 140kg if taller than 180cm.
- Certain medical and physical conditions may restrict participation. Please refer to our eligibility criteria for more details.
Waiver Form: All flyers must complete the iFly Singapore Waiver Form. Flyers below 18 years of age must have signed permission from a parent or guardian.
Pre-Flight Requirements:
- Check-in: Arrive at least 1 hour before your flight time for professional training, gearing up, and safety procedures.
- Dress Code: Wear comfortable clothing and well-fitted laced-up sneakers. Skirts or dresses are not advised.
- No Accessories: Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, or watches during your flight.
- Photo ID: Bring a photo ID or passport (digital or physical copy) for verification during check-in.
Rescheduling & Cancellation:
- Rescheduling: No rescheduling on the day of flight. Rescheduling before the day of flight incurs a charge.
- No Shows: Any no-shows or rescheduling on the day of flight will result in a cancellation fee.
- Refunds: Strict policies apply for flight cancellations, no-shows, or late check-ins. Refunds may be considered for exceptional cases with an administrative fee.

- Check-in Time: Remember to check in 1 hour prior to your flight time for gearing up and training.
- Accompanied Minors: Flyers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If not available, proper documentation is required.
- ID Requirement: All guests must provide ID proof upon arrival.
- Dress Comfortably: Wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear.
- Leave Valuables: Remove jewellery and valuables before suiting up.
- Prohibited Participants: Expecting mothers and individuals with certain medical conditions are not permitted to fly.
