- Valid Identification Required: Don't forget to bring along your original passport or Emirates ID. Presentation of valid identification is mandatory at the counter for all participants.
- Operational Days: Our zipline adventure operates throughout the week, except for Mondays and Tuesdays. Plan your visit accordingly to avoid disappointment.
- Safety First: Prior to your adventure, guests are required to sign a liability waiver form, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with the activity.
- Suitable Attire: Ensure a safe and comfortable experience by wearing sturdy trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes with excellent grip. Loose footwear such as flip flops are not permitted.
- Capture the Moment: Relive the excitement of your ziplining adventure by opting for our photo and video services, available for an additional fee.
- Health Considerations: For your safety, this activity is not recommended for individuals with medical conditions such as high blood pressure, epilepsy, pregnant women, or seniors.
- Fitness Level Requirements: The Jebel Jais Zipline experience is designed for guests of average fitness and mobility. Please consider your own capabilities before participating.
- Substance-Free Policy: To ensure the safety of all participants, consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs at least 1 day prior to the activity is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in denial of participation without refunds.
- Child Pricing and Requirements: Children aged 0-18 years will be charged on a child price basis. Additionally, participants must meet specific weight (40-120 kg) and height (min 122 cm) requirements for safety reasons.
