Itinerary Changes: Trivikal Tours reserves the right to modify or rearrange the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, weather conditions, or roadblocks.

Flight Information: Please inform us of your flight timings in advance to ensure smooth transfers and coordination.

Monsoon Advisory: Heavy rainfalls occur between June and September, which may result in real-time itinerary changes. If roads are blocked due to landslides or other natural calamities, alternative sightseeing will be arranged. However, customers are responsible for the cost of alternative accommodations as prebooked hotels have strict nonrefundable cancellation policies.

Uncompleted Sightseeing: Trivikal Tours does not offer refunds or discounts for sightseeing points missed due to time constraints, traffic jams, natural calamities, late starts, or permit delays.

Travel Costs: Airfare, train fare, and bus fare are not included in the tour package.

Eco-Friendly Practices: Our tours pass through eco-friendly zones. Please avoid littering to preserve the natural beauty of these sites.

ID Proof: A valid ID proof is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking and upon arrival. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.

State Guidelines: Follow the guidelines issued by the state government, including maintaining social distancing, frequent hand sanitization, and wearing masks.

Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses are not included in the package.

Rescheduling Policy (Standard & Deluxe Package):

1. Rescheduling 7 days after booking until 15 days before the travel date incurs a 30% rescheduling fee.
2. Rescheduling 0-15 days before the travel date incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
3. No rescheduling or modifications for bookings made within 15 days of the travel date.

Rescheduling Policy (Super Deluxe & Hotel-Specific Bookings): No modifications or rescheduling are allowed. Standard cancellation policies apply.

Force Majeure: In events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances, Trivikal Tours reserves the right to reschedule tours or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.

Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours and later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid are non-refundable.
