- Face Mask Protocol: For the safety of all visitors and staff, wearing a face mask is mandatory throughout the tour, except during meal times. Don't worry if you forget yours - masks are available for purchase from our drivers for your convenience.
- Transportation Details: Our vehicles are designed to accommodate 5 to 6 visitors, depending on the car type. Please note that no visitors are allowed to sit in the front with our drivers for safety reasons.
- Responsible Elephant Interaction: Interacting with our elephants is a memorable experience, but it must be done responsibly. Feeding sessions will be conducted under proper guidance, so please refrain from feeding them without supervision. Additionally, only the food provided by the sanctuary should be given to the elephants.
- Meal Arrangements: To ensure hygiene and prevent cross-contamination, our usual buffet meals will be replaced with pre-packed meals for your enjoyment.
- Elephant Activities Adaptations: While showering with the elephants is a highlight of the tour, please note that it will only involve rain showers or hose pipes to maintain safety standards. Similarly, the mud spa activity will be replaced with observing elephants playing in the mud, ensuring both your safety and the elephants' well-being.
